Heather started her journey into massage and bodywork in 1998 when she attended Mount Shasta Institute of Holistic Therapies in Mt. Shasta, CA.

She moved to Savannah, GA in 2000 and worked in a variety of different settings, including spas and chiropractic clinics. She then immersed herself in her private practice and found great success for many years--even being voted Best Massage Therapist by Connect Savannah Magazine in 2003 and 2005--before moving back west to Ashland, OR. Heather bolstered her education by attending Ashland Institute of Massage in 2012. After living in Ashland for 12 years, she relocated to Medford, OR in 2023.

Heather works intuitively and creates a customized session for each client. She specializes in a mix of deep tissue, neuromuscular, swedish, gua sha, cupping and reiki. Treatments typically include warm towels, aromatherapy, crystal healing and sound therapy. All treatments take place on the Biomat®.

Heather is a licensed massage therapist in Oregon (#20157)

and has been a Usui Reiki Master since 2006.
